Erie Cnty. C.P. OrphansCourtRules Rule 14.4
Counsel
(c) Appointed Counsel. The Orphans’ Court investigator shall maintain a list of
counsel available to serve as court appointed counsel for alleged incapacitated persons. Attorney
fee rates and responsibility for payment shall be set by court order.
