TITLE AND CITATION OF RULES

These Rules, when adopted by the Erie County Court ofCommon Pleas in accordance with

Pa.R.Civ.P. 239, shall be known as the Erie County Local Rules of Civil Procedure and may be

cited as "Erie L.R._ _ _ _ _ _"
