NOTICE BY PROTHONOTARY OF ENTRY OF JUDGMENT
When filing a request for entry of judgment, a party shall provide the Prothonotary with
the original and sufficient copies of judgments and notices thereof, together with postage prepaid
envelopes addressed to all parties entitled to notice thereof.
