FORM AND CONTENT OF BRIEFS

Except by prior permission of the Court, briefs (exclusive of pages containing the table of

contents, table of citations and any addendum containing opinions, etc., or other similar

supplementary matter) shall not exceed twenty-five (25) pages of double-spaced conventional

typographical printing. This Rule shall not apply to briefs on post-trial motions. Non-conforming

or illegible briefs will not be considered.
