Z(e). MOTIONS. DISCOVERY

Any motion relating to discovery shall include a certification signed by counsel for the

moving party or an unrepresented party certifying that counsel or the unrepresented party has

conferred or attempted to confer with all interested parties to resolve the matter without Court

action.
