AND NOW, this 29th day of October, 2015, pursuant to Rules 17 and 112 of the

Rules Governing Standards of Conduct of Magisterial District Judges, and Rules 130,

131, 132 and 133 of the Rules of Criminal Procedure, promulgated by the Supreme

Court of Pennsylvania, the following assignment to act as Issuing Authority in other

magisterial districts whenever required for the efficient administration of justice Is hereby

established for matters involving incarcerated persons and shall apply to and effect all

magisterial districts in Delaware County as set forth herein:

For Magisterial Districts 32-1-20, 32-1-21, 32-1-22, 32-1-23, 32-1-24, 32-1-25,

32-1-26, 32-1-27, 32-1-28, 32-1-30, 32-1-31, 32-1-32, 32-1-33, 32-1-34, 32-1-35, 32-1-

36, 32-2-37, 32-2-38, 32-2-39, 32-2-40, 32-2-41, 32-2-42, 32-2-43, 32-2-44, 32-2-46,

32-2-47, 32-2-48, 32-2-49, 32-2-51, 32-2-52, 32-2-53 and 32-2-54,

It is further ORDERED and DECREED that the aforesaid Magisterial District

Courts shall have concurrent the authority with each other to conduct Preliminary

Arraignments, Payment Determination Hearings and Hearings on Summary Violations
