AND NOW, this 240 day of August, 2016, pursuant to Rule 17 of the Rules of

Conduct, Office Standards and Civil Procedure for District Justices and Rule 112 of the

Rules and Standards with respect to the Offices of the District Justices, and Rules 130, 131,

132 and 133 of the Rules of Criminal Procedure as Promulgated by the Supreme Court of

Pennsylvania, it is hereby ORDERED and DECREED, that District Court 32-2-54, shall have

concurrent venue and jurisdiction with the issuing authority in all Magisterial Districts within

the Thirty-second Judicial District comprising Delaware County, Pennsylvania, in all welfare

fraud cases brought under the Public Welfare Code, Act of 1967, June 13, 62 P.S. Section

101 et seq., Section 481, and the Act of 1978, June 20, P.L. 477, 71 P.S. Section 481, and

the Act of 1978, June 20, P.L. 477, 71 P.S. Section 581-1 et seq.
