1920.1 FORM OF DIVORCE OR ANNULMENT COMPLAINT

A Divorce or Annulment Complaint or Counterclaim which includes a count for

custody shall contain the attachments set forth in Local Rule 1915.3 and follow

all other Custody action procedures.
