RULE 1901.3 – Protection from Abuse Filings

(a) All attorneys who represent a client in Protection from Abuse matters shall

be registered with the Protection From Abuse Database (PFAD) system.

(b) All petitions and motions shall be generated by the PFAD system and

subsequently filed with the Prothonotary.
