ACTIONS IN EQUITY

RULE 1534. ACCOUNTS OF FIDUCIARIES

All accounts of fiduciaries in the Court of Common Pleas to which no exceptions

have been filed shall be presented to the Court by the Prothonotary for confirmation on

quarterly return days, if they have been on file in the Prothonotary’s Office at least (30)

days before such return days. Public notice of the accounts to be presented to the

Court shall be given by the Prothonotary in a newspaper of general circulation published

in the County and in the Dauphin County Reporter once a week for three (3) successive

weeks prior to such presentation.

Exceptions to any such account must be made in writing and filed with the

Prothonotary at any time before presentation of the account to the Court, or in open

Court at the time of presentation.
