Legal Argument
(d) Preliminary objections and other filings requiring briefing and/or oral argument shall be handled
by the judge assigned to the matter.
(e) Upon receipt of objections, or upon request of either party, the assigned judge shall issue an
order setting a briefing schedule and, if necessary, a date for oral argument before the
assigned judge.
