The Cumberland Law Journal is designated as the official legal publication of Cumberland County
and the legal newspaper designated by this Court for the publication of legal notices.
Advertisement of the following notices in the Cumberland Law Journal is hereby dispensed with:
(a) Proposed budgets of Municipalities
(b) Meetings, decisions and filings of Reports of Viewers
(c) Any other notice involving a local government or one of its instrumentalities unless expressly
provided otherwise by statute.
