Cumberland Cnty. C.P. Local Rules of Court Rule 3.7
Time for Filing and Service of Responsive Pleadings
Disposition of Matters after Pleadings are Closed - No Answer. If no responsive pleading is filed,
upon proof of service of the citation or notice and the petition, the Court may grant the desired relief
requested.
