Applicability and Footnotes
(a) The Cumberland County Rules of Procedure are applicable to the Court of Common Pleas,
Civil Action; Court of Common Pleas, Criminal; Court of Common Pleas, Orphans’; Court of
Common Pleas, Juvenile unless otherwise provided.
(b) The footnotes in the rules are for information only and shall not be considered part of the rules.
