Cumberland Cnty. C.P. Local Rules of Court Rule 206.1
Petitions
All Petitions not enumerated in Pa. R.C.P. 206.1(1)(applications to strike and/or open a default
judgment or a judgment of non pros) shall follow all requirements for the filing of Motions laid out in
C.C.R.P. 208.3.
