Cumberland Cnty. C.P. Administrative Order - MDJ ERMS Rule 460
Notice of Appeal; Transmittal of Transcript and Associated Documents
Pursuant to Pa.R.Crim.P. 460, upon the filing of a Notice of Appeal, the Clerk of Courts shall assign a
Common Pleas docket number and notify the Magisterial District Court that all transcripts and any
associated documents shall be electronically scanned and transmitted to the Clerk of Courts within 5
business days, in digital format in lieu of transmitting the physical paper transcript and associated
documents.
