NOTICE AND ORDER TO APPEAR

A recommended order for a change in primary custody has been forwarded to the Court by

________________________, Conciliator. At the request of ______________________, a hearing has

been scheduled before the Court to determine if the recommended order should be entered as an

Interim Order pending trial.

The parties and counsel are ordered to appear for a hearing on _______________________ at

_____________________ ____ m. in Courtroom No. ______ of the Chester County Justice Center,

West Chester, PA. The Court has set aside fifteen (15) minutes for each side to present their case in

the format of their choice (evidentiary testimony, legal argument). At the conclusion of which, the

Judge will may render a decision regarding the entry of an Interim order pending trial. Failure to

demand trial by the aforementioned date shall result in the recommendation of the custody conciliator

being entered as a final order of court.

Comment: It is the general practice of this Court to schedule Custody conciliation conferences not

later than 90 days from the filing of the Complaint or Petition to Modify.
