Chester Cnty. C.P. Court of Common Pleas Local Rules of Criminal Procedure Rule 704.3
Parole after Sentence of 30 Days or Less
In all cases where the Court has signed a conditional order of parole to be effective after
defendant serves thirty (30) days or less prison sentence, defendant’s counsel shall provide the
defendant with a certified copy of said order immediately after sentencing. The defendant shall
present that certified parole order at the prison when the defendant reports to begin serving the
sentence.
