Chester Cnty. C.P. Court of Common Pleas Local Rules of Criminal Procedure Rule 590.3
Prior Convictions
The attorney representing the Commonwealth at the time the plea is entered shall be familiar
with the case, and shall advise the Court of any prior convictions or adjudications of the defendant
for felonies and misdemeanors.
