Providing Transcript to Court, and Opposing Party

It shall be the duty of the party filing such motion to obtain a transcript of the record of the

preliminary hearing, or relevant portion thereof, regardless of the manner in which the record was

made, and make such transcript available to the Court, and the opposing party, as soon as

practicable.
