Sharing Cost of Transcript
In all cases where the notes of testimony from a preliminary hearing are taken and/or
transcribed by a court reporter, the entire cost of the services of the court reporter and the notes of
testimony shall be borne equally by all parties requesting transcripts at any time. The original of
the notes of testimony shall be provided to the party who engaged the services of the reporter.
