Revocation of Bail

When a defendant has failed to comply with the rules and regulations of the bail, or of the

bail agency, or any additional conditions of the defendant’s release, the bail agency may execute

a bail piece, and/or petition that a bench warrant be issued, so that the defendant may be brought

before the Court, to determine if additional bail shall be set in the case or bail revoked.
