Delivery to District Attorney or Public Defender

Delivery of documents by the Clerk to the District Attorney or Public Defender may be

achieved by the Clerk of Courts placing conformed and time-stamped copies thereof in the boxes

provided in the Clerk of Courts for that purpose.
