Presence of Counsel

Counsel of record need not be personally present:

(i) for continuance requests for filed ARD or Restrictive Probation applications, with the

written consent of the District Attorney; or

(ii) if there is present at the call of the list a lawyer whom counsel of record has designated

to answer the call for counsel of record and which designee has knowledge of the status

of the case; or

(iii) if Counsel has notified the Court Administrator, copy to District Attorney, in writing of

the disposition of the case (other than a continuance) prior to the call of the list.
