TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
And now. this /7 a^, "r Dea.*L: ZLd"court issues the following
temporary administrative order changing the daily deadline for a document to be timestamped
tkough the Electronic Filing System in the office of the Prothonotary/Clerk of Courts. This
order shall remain effective from January 2,2024 tniilthe effective date ofamended Local Civil
Rule 205.4, February 5,2024:
Upon receipt ofa legal paper for filing, the Prothonotaryiclerk ofCourts shall provide
the filing party with an acknowledgement which includes the date and time the legal paper was
received by the Electronic Filing System. The Prothonotary/Clerk of Courts shall also provide
the filing party with notice that the legal parry was accepted for filing. All filing must be received
by 3:30 pm to be timestamped for that business day.
In all other respects, Local Civil Rule 205.4 shall remain in full force and effect.

ORDER
AND NOW oecemaer /7 ,2023, LocalCivil Rule 205.4, Paragraph E(l) is amended to
read that Upon receipt ofthe legal paper, the Prothonotary/Clerk ofCourts shall provide the
filing party with an acknowledgement, which includes the date and time the legal paper was
received by the Electronic Filing System. The Prothonotary/ Clerk ofCourts shall also provide
the filing parry with notice that the legal paper was accepted for filing. All filing must be
received by J.'30prr to be timestamped for that business day.
This change in time shall be effective February 5, 2024. ln all other respects the Local
Rule is reaffrrmed in its entirety.
