Centre Cnty. C.P. Local Rule G

If the parties reach an agreement resolving all the issues raised, the conciliator shall

activein force · 2026-09-30 – presentact-effective-date

forward an agreed upon Order and Parenting Plan to the Court for approval. The Court

may enter the agreed upon Order and Parenting Plan as a final order without hearing the

parties.
