L1915.4 Initial Contact With the Court.
(a) After filing, all complaints or motions for conferences shall be immediately forwarded to the
custody conciliator’s office which shall set the time, date, and place for a custody conference. Said
conference shall be held no less than 20, nor more than 45 days from the filing of the complaint/order
or petition/order, unless the normal time interval is shortened or lengthened by the court, upon good
cause shown.
