Rule *928 Judgments on Verdicts

All verdicts in civil actions shall be entered on the judgment index at once, and if a

motion for a new trial, or for judgment n.o.v., or in arrest of judgment, shall not be

filed within ten days, or if filed, then after the same is disposed of, judgment shall

be entered thereon absolutely by the prothonotary upon a written order of either

counsel in the cause, unless otherwise ordered by the Court; provided that no such

judgment shall be entered until after payment of the jury fee.
