Rule 9.5A Transcript of Testimony

In all hearings before auditors or masters, the testimony may be taken by the court

stenographer at the expense of the county. Any party desiring a copy may order the

same at their own expense; provided, however, that if the stenographer makes an

additional charge for taking the testimony by reason of the hearing being held

away from the county seat, the additional charge therefor shall be paid by the party

or interested parties responsible for the hearing away from the county seat as may

be determined by the auditor or master, or the auditor or master may include such

additional charge as part of the costs, to be paid as directed with regard to the other

costs; but in no event shall such additional charge be paid by the county.
