Rule 3216*(a). Trial Without Jury.

Interpleaders involving claims in which the amount in controversy is equal to or

less than the maximum jurisdictional monetary limit for compulsory arbitration as

set forth in Bucks County Rule of Civil Procedure 1301*(a) shall be submitted to

and heard and decided by a board of arbitrators.
