Rule 3.9A Preliminary Objections
If a responsive pleading is filed which raises disputed issues of material fact, any
party may, thereafter, file a motion for hearing to determine the disputed factual
issues. If a responsive pleading is filed which raises only questions of law, the
parties shall follow the procedures set forth in Bucks County Rule of Civil
Procedure 208.3(b).
