Rule *263 Preparation of Trial List
Not less than four weeks prior to the first day of the appropriate trial session, the
court administrator shall prepare and publish a trial list of those cases to be heard
during such trial session. Except as otherwise may be directed by the judge to
whom a particular case has been assigned, or as provided by applicable statute or
rule of Court, cases shall be listed in the order of the filing of the trial praecipe.
The publishing of the trial list shall be accomplished by mailing or other equally
appropriate delivery of a copy thereof to each counsel of record, or to each party
who has no counsel of record, with respect to all cases appearing thereon.
