Bucks County local rules: Rule 1920.3 (b)
Rule 1920.3*(b). Social Security Number and Address
Every pleading or petition filed pursuant to these rules which makes a separate
claim for relief shall include in its caption the social security number and present
address of each adult. If the social security number is not available or the address is
not known, the pleading shall contain an averment so stating, together with an
explanation.
