Bucks County local rules: Rule 1920.12 (e)
Rule 1920.12*(e). Marriage Certificate
The original or a copy of the marriage certificate shall be attached to the complaint
in divorce. If the original or copy is unavailable, the complaint shall set forth an
explanation and shall, if possible, provide other suitable documentary evidence.
