Rule 12.7C Discharge of Fiduciaries of Certain Small Estates.
A petition with account annexed for the discharge of a fiduciary under
Pennsylvania Orphans' Court Rule 12.7(b) shall conform as far as practicable to the
requirements of a petition under Bucks Rule 6.11H for the settlement of a small
estate of a decedent.
