Rule 12.7B Exhibits.
The petition shall have attached thereto a copy of the schedule of distribution as
confirmed, if one has been filed, and original releases or satisfactions of award
from the distributees showing full payment of the distributive shares. If such
original releases or satisfactions of award have been filed with the clerk, true or
conformed copies may be attached.
