Rule 12.1B Family Exemption; Small Estates.

In an appropriate case, the family exemption may be set aside to the party or

parties entitled by petition under Section 3102 of the Probate, Estates and

Fiduciaries Code for the settlement of a small estate, pursuant to the procedural

requirements of Bucks Rule 6.11H, without more.
