Bucks County local rules: Rule 12.1A
Rule 12.1A Family Exemption; Voluntary Distribution.
When the personal representative at his own risk delivers assets of the estate in
satisfaction of the exemption, he shall set forth the same as a credit in the account.
The same may be the subject of objection by any claimant or party in interest.
