Rule 1028(c) - Procedure for the Disposition of Preliminary Objections.

The provisions of Pa. R. C. P. No. 206.7 shall govern preliminary objections

raising disputed issues of fact. When preliminary objections are ready for

disposition, they shall be submitted to and decided by the court pursuant to B. C.

R. C. P. No. 208.3(b).
