Blair Cnty. C.P. Local Rules - Civil Rule 208.2(c)
CONTENT OF MOTIONS
(1) Any motion or petition based upon a statute or rule of court shall cite the specific statute or
rule which authorizes the requested relief. See Pa.R.Civ.P. 239.3(a)
(2) All motions relating to discovery shall include a certificate signed by counsel for the
moving party that counsel for that party has conferred or attempted to confer with all interested
parties in order to resolve the matter without court action, and shall set forth the nature of the
efforts made to resolve the matter. Failure to comply with the foregoing shall result in the refusal
of the Court to hear the motion.
