Berks Cnty. C.P. Orphans Rules Rule 7.1A

Discovery

B.R.C.P. Rule 4001 shall not apply to Orphans’ Court discovery practice. Failure to comply with

discovery requests shall be addressed by the court directly upon the filing of a motion to compel,

motion for protective order, or other appropriate motion.
