Berks Cnty. C.P. Orphans Rules Rule 5.11C
Security
The court, in the decree approving or confirming the sale, will fix the amount of bond or
additional security which the personal representative, trustee, guardian, or other seller shall be
required to enter, or will excuse the fiduciary from entering bond or additional security.
