Berks Cnty. C.P. Orphans Rules Rule 5.11A
Contents of Petition
A petition for the private sale or exchange of real property or for the grant of an option for any
such sale or exchange shall conform as closely as practicable to the requirements of these Rules
with regard to a petition to sell real property at public sale.
