Berks Cnty. C.P. Orphans Rules Rule 5.10D
Security
On the return day of the sale, the court, in the decree approving or confirming the sale, will fix
the amount of bond or additional security which the personal representative, trustee, guardian, or
other seller shall be required to enter, or will excuse the fiduciary from entering additional
security.
