Berks Cnty. C.P. Orphans Rules Rule 5.10B
Exhibits
The following exhibits shall be attached to a petition to sell real property at public sale:
(a) a copy of the will, deed, decree or other instrument by which the fiduciary was appointed;
(b) any consents or joinders of interested parties, including any lienholder whose lien would
otherwise not be discharged by the sale;
(c) the proposed terms and conditions of sale;
(d) affidavits of two disinterested and competent persons familiar with said real estate as to the
value of the tract or tracts desired to be sold; and
(e) any appraisal reports that have been prepared within the preceding five years.
