Assignment of Case to Judge

Each criminal case shall be assigned to a particular Judge of the Court of Common Pleas

at arraignment. The Court of Common Pleas Judge to whom it is assigned shall handle the case

throughout all its proceedings, unless reassigned by Order of the Court.
