Requirement to Notify of Change in Address and/or Telephone Number

At arraignment the District Attorney shall advise the Defendant in writing that, as a

condition of bail, the Defendant is required to notify in writing the Clerk of Courts, the District

Attorney and the county bail agency of each change in Defendant’s address and/or telephone

number within forty-eight (48) hours after the change of address and/or telephone number first

occurs.
