Berks Cnty. C.P. Criminal Rules Rule 571.6
Change of Address and Telephone Number Noted
At arraignment the Defendant shall be asked on the record if his or her address and
telephone number has been changed from the last address and/or telephone number as shown in
the record, and if so, shall be asked to give his or her then current address and telephone number,
if any. Such information shall be noted in the Defendant’s court file.
