Berks Cnty. C.P. Criminal Rules Rule 40
Priority of Criminal and Juvenile Proceedings
Whenever an attorney is scheduled to appear before more than one Judge during the same
time period, the procedure as set forth by Berks County Rule of Judicial Administration
(B.R.J.A.) 102 shall be followed.
