Berks Cnty. C.P. Criminal Rules Rule 320.1
Service of the Order for Expungement
The Clerk of Court shall serve certified copies of the order for expungement upon the
District Attorney, the Magisterial District Judge and Defendant’s attorney or unrepresented
Defendant, and expunge his own record. The moving party shall serve certified copies of the
order upon all other criminal agencies listed in the order.
